The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is committed to working with citizens, private industry, trade organizations and all levels of government to keep America safe and to foster the freedoms that we cherish.  There is a wide variety of opportunities to work with DHS which includes forming and implementing public-private partnerships, obtaining technical assistance and training and gaining grants and loans. Government: Partnering With Government Entities - DHS makes available contact information to your state homeland security office, grant opportunities, state-by-state listings of homeland security and emergency services and links to Department of Homeland Security agencies and the DHS Office of State and Local Government Coordination.
